Manohar Mouli Biswas is a poet and an editor. He’s the president of the Bangla Dalit Sahitya Sanstha. He has been awarded Baba Saheb Ambedkar Fellowship Award for his research work on Dalit literature. He has been editing Dalit Mirror for a long time. His publications include a book of verse Ora Amar Kabita (1985); autobiography Aamaar Bhubane Aami Benche Thaki (2013).
