Afsan Chowdhury is a researcher, professor and media worker. He has been working on the history of Bangladesh Liberation war for a long time. He has received Bangla Academy award for his contribution in this field. He has also written short stories in three languages. His publications include Bangladesh 1971 (2007); edited GramerEkattor (2019).
